The apartment has a stunning size living room with a dining table and sofa and fireplace to relax. There is a direct access from the living room to enormous terrace also equipped with a a dining set, TV set and sun beds, welcoming you to dine and wine al-fresco and chill out after. There are 4 bedrooms equipped with double bed each, sleeping 8 people in total luxury, master bedroom has en-suite dressing room and the exit to the terrace. There are 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, cozy fully equipped kitchen where you find all necessary home appliances and another dining set if you prefer to have your breakfasts in privacy.

If you prefer to be in the middle of everything on the Coast, then you are only 4 minuted walking distance to the beach and 10 minutes walking distance from the famous port of Puerto Banus with its yachts, restaurants, bars, night and day social life and Mistral Beach where there are lots of entertainment for kids.

NIce to know: late check ins after 19:00 will be charged extra 100€. Preference is given to the families with kids. No loud noisy parties are allowed. Mid term rent is available from September till June.

One of, if not the best property we rented on VRBO

This is one of, if not the best property we rented on VRBO. The location is excellent, 6 minutes walk to the beach and 15 mn walk or less to Puerto Banus, convenience store at a walking distance. The building is one of the best in the area with a full Gym, outdoor pool and heated indoor poor. The flat came with two parking places in the secured indoor parking an elevator away from the flat. The flat is very well decorated with confortable furnitures indoor as well as on the huge balcony which had two seating area plus a dining table. the kitchen is fully equipped (very important for an apartment that can accommodate 8 persons in its 4 bedroom). We were met by Corinne, the owner who lives minutes away, and who was welcoming and efficient to solve any issues we had. Our air conditioning stopped and she dispatched a person within the hour who told us that it stopped because we accidentally put the heat in one room while it was on cool for the rest of the house. All was needed was a reset of the breaker. We highly recommend the place and will definitely rent it again.
