No room at the Inn
We never got to enjoy our vacation. When we arrived, after making full payment and had a reservation number, we were told they did not have a reservation for us, and they had no condo to sleep 5 available. I traveled with my wife and kids to Mexico and ended up with nowhere to stay. After working with customer support for over an hour. there was nothing they could do to get us in. Also, they could not refund our money until the owner canceled our reservation. The owner was difficult to work with and hung up on the VRBO customer support representative three times as they tried to help us get us in the community or a refund. Not sure if I'll try VRBO again or not. Did I mention we were in Mexico with no where to stay. It sucked!
