The terrace with a view of the lake and the pool (to the side) is 3X8 meters and is a great place to enjoy a drink outdoors or that first morning coffee.
The apartment has a private garage where you can park your car or bicycles. The pool is only available to guests of the complex and is open from mid-May to mid-September.
The beach (Spiaggia Brema) is 300 meters away on foot. There you will find a great beach bar with catering from morning to evening, a pedal boat rental and a little further a surf school.
Restaurants and bars can be found within walking distance not far from the apartment. The lively center of Colombare di Sirmione is also a 5-minute walk away. The historic old town of Sirmione, on the picturesque peninsula, can either be reached comfortably with the shuttle bus, or a nice walk of around 35 minutes.
