This elegant penthouse is located within the prestigious Vistalago residence, one of the most tranquil and scenic areas of Desenzano del Garda. Designed to welcome families and groups of friends, Paradise offers spacious areas, modern comforts, and that touch of luxury that makes every stay special. Children are welcome, while for condominium reasons and the delicacy of the furnishings pets are not allowed.



The experience begins already upon arrival: access is through a private garage with electric opening, suitable for hosting two cars (dimensions 350x204x5.5 m), from which an elevator leads directly to the penthouse, located on the third and top floor.



Entering, you are immediately struck by the natural light that enters through the large windows of the living area. The American kitchen, modern and super equipped, opens onto a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (2026 novelty), flat-screen smart TV and large dining table.



There are two spectacular panoramic terraces, perfect for lunches, aperitifs, or outdoor dinners with a lake view, protected from the sun thanks to electric sunshade curtains.



The master bedroom is a corner of pure relaxation, with a private bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath and access to a private terrace overlooking the pools. The second bedroom, also ideal for teenagers, has a single bed and a French bed (150x190); this room also has a private terrace.

The residence provides guests with five swimming pools, one of which is exclusively dedicated to children, along with a playground, a daytime reception, and a remote-controlled gate for nighttime access.



Important note: access to swimming pools is regulated. To avoid confusion and chaos, only two sunbeds are provided for each residence unit.



High-speed Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in every room, and heating ensure maximum comfort in all seasons.
