Renovated, spacious, and detached holiday home at a luxury resort!

We’ve owned Casa Rietje since March 2021, and it has recently been completely renovated to provide more comfort and living space. The entire holiday home is on one level. Upon entering, you’ll find two double bedrooms at the front, each featuring a double box-spring bed (180x200), air conditioning, and ample closet and storage space. These rooms share a bathroom equipped with a toilet, double sink, and walk-in shower with a thermostatic faucet. The double Master Suite is located at the rear of the house, offering a sea view from your bed. This room also features a double box spring (180x200), air conditioning, ample closet space, and storage options. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, double sink, and walk-in shower with a thermostatic faucet. The open-concept living room is fully equipped with a Smart TV and soundbar, ceiling fan, lounge sofa, china cabinet, and a bookshelf containing various games, among other items. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combi-oven, coffee maker (filter), and a Dolce Gusto machine, as well as a kettle and blender. Other kitchen appliances can be found in the china cabinet. The dining table seats 4 people and can also be used as a workspace. Through the fully sliding glass doors, you step out onto the veranda/sun terrace (100 m²) with a private pool, outdoor shower, 4 lounge chairs, and umbrellas. There is also a dining table for 6 people, a BBQ, and a separate seating area. At the front of the house, there is another small terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful garden, out of sight of the quiet road. The laundry room is located by the carport and includes a washing machine, a drying rack, and ironing facilities. In this area, you’ll also find an additional fridge-freezer combination that you’re welcome to use. It’s wonderful to hang your laundry out to dry in the breeze on the side of the house. The beach, restaurants, spa centre, and other amenities are located in the Coral Estate Centre, just 600 metres from our house. Renovations at Casa Rietje include an expanded sun terrace with non-slip natural stone tiles, a canopy for more shade, fully retractable sliding doors, and new window frames fitted with shutters to keep the house nice and cool. An outdoor shower has also been installed, and all three bedrooms have been furnished with new box-spring beds. A new kitchen was installed in October 2022. The exterior of the house has been given a fresh new coat of paint, and the interior—including the bedrooms—has also been repainted.

After booking, you will receive the rental agreement and reservation confirmation—which include the security deposit and administrative fees—directly from the owner.
