Villa Casablanca is a new 5* modern villa, with an outdoor entertaining area and big pool (9 meters length and 5 meters wide). Villa is on an outstanding vacation location in a quiet neighborhood, with no traffic and beautiful views of nature. Štinjan has a new beach - HIDROBAZA - most beautiful beach in all of Istria. Center of Pula is 5 min away by car and 5 min walking distance to the nearest restaurant, bakery shop, tennis courts, ect. Villa is suitable for 6 (adults) + 2 (children) guests.
