At Gjellerodde you will find this well-located holiday home with panoramic views of the Limfjord. There are only approx. 200 meters of water with a child-friendly beach and jetty, where, among other things. crabs can be caught or fished. The house has its own stairs directly to the beach. The stairs are used at your own risk and without liability to the agency or homeowner. The cottage was renovated in 2021 with a new kitchen and bathroom energy-friendly with heat pump and thus the possibility of lower consumption. The house is practically furnished with open kitchen / living room. The living room offers modern furniture, free internet, flat screen TV with the free Danish channels and Chromekast, where you have the opportunity to stream your own TV services. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs (induction), separate oven with grill, dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with bathing environment, shower and underfloor heating. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
