Nice and bright holiday home in a popular holiday home area in Virksund. The cottage is renovated in 2021 with new bathroom, kitchen and furniture. The house's large natural plot is fenced and offers beautiful planting and fruit trees to explore. There is also a larger lawn area and swing set with space for play. Around the house there are several terraces so you can enjoy the sun or find shelter and shade. You are welcomed in a spacious entrance hall / utility room with washing machine, dryer, table space and storage space. The heart of the house is the large living room with kitchen including dining area, living room with TV and Chromecast for own streaming services and the former conservatory, which is now a beautiful dining room in free connection with the rest of the room. The living room also has a heat pump and wood burning stove. The three bedrooms have a double bed and there is a cot for the little ones. The bathroom is with shower. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
