Guests are welcomed into a spacious entrance/utility room with a washing machine, dryer, counter space, and storage. The heart of the home is the large open-plan living area, including a kitchen with a dining area, a lounge with TV and Chromecast for your own streaming services, and a former conservatory, now a stylish dining room seamlessly connected to the rest of the space. The living room also features a heat pump and wood-burning stove. There are three bedrooms with double beds, and a cot is available for younger guests. The bathroom has a shower. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
