Luxurious apartment overlooking Puerta del Sol, one of the emblems of Madrid; In its semicircular plan, several of the city's most popular and historic streets converge, such as Mayor, Arenal, Alcalá or Preciados, and it concentrates several of the most representative elements of the city.
This 65 m² apartment with capacity for 4 people, has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

Estancia de lujo en Sol

Una experiencia inmejorable, el apartamento de lujo, limpieza, sin ruido exterior, puesto con mucho gusto, y la situación, imposible de mejorar, con vistas a la plaza del Sol, metro a 30 pasos. El trato del propietario buenísimo, disponibles en todo momento y con todas las facilidades. Un 10, muy recomendable.

Great location !

This apartment is very centrally located - next to Plaza del Sol and 5 minutes to Plaza Major. The juliet balcony is nice to have and with the doors closed you don’t hear any street noise. When we were there ( May 24-29 2023) there was work being done on the sidewalk so just a little tricky to get in and out. There is a book you get when you check in and be sure you review since there are costs for any of the food items and toiletry kits and kitchen replacement items that you don’t know about. There is also a fee for check in and the person who brought the key didn’t even speak to us and just left with someone who was overseeing the construction work. The management company is responsive via What’s App. The front door and apartment door are a little tricky to open - the video you get when you check in doesn’t help since the door is different. We used the washer and dishwasher and coffee machine and microwave and all worked good. The living area is a bit small and no tv but tv in the main bedroom - we didn’t watch at all so not sure how it worked. The showers were great and the beds had good mattresses. All in all loved it and would return !!
