The apartment is on the third floor WITH ELEVATOR of a modern building with declared of cultural interest and has been recently renovated keeping the facade. The apartment faces a patio and the street and its sound isolated. It has been partially renovated in 2018. Furnished and equipped with great detail, so you do not miss anything and feel at home from the start.

Services and common areas

The apartment is composed of:

- A living room with a balcony to the street, a sofa bed for 1 person (bed of 120 * 200) and a television and dining space for 5 people.

- Master bedroom ensuite (with bathtube) with super comfortable bed of 150 * 200 and a giant closet.

-Second room with double bed (135 * 190) and closet.

-Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home, including stove, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

- A spacious and spacious second bathroom with shower.

- Air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom.

Of course, there is Wi-Fi on the floor and we have a rental travel cot (on request) with a cost of 15 euros per stay. During your stay we will provide one set of towels per person and bedding. You will also find an iron, hair dryer and other items for a pleasant stay.

One set of hand towel and shower towel per person per stay up to 7 nights will be provided.
