At Brunshuse, next to Helnæs Bay, this holiday home is located on a 1084 m2 natural plot. The house will be completed in 2021 and will be bright. There is a bright, combined kitchen / dining / living room with direct access to the house terrace. There are NO TV channels. There is a large, open terrace with garden furniture of a good quality. About 250 m to the sea, where a jetty has been set up. There is also a small harbor in the area where it is possible to launch your own boat. Furthermore, Denmark's only saltwater Put and Take fishing lake is located in the area, where e.g. can be fished for sturgeon. Not for rent to youth groups.
