All have Fully equipped Kitchens, Open plan Lounge/Dining Rooms,Two bathrooms with main bedrooms having their own en suites plus a family bathroom and Allocated parking and visitors spaces too (Not guaranteed) plus the added bonus of A 16 and 6 having great views out to the Bay with sea views and Apartment 9 Partial sea views.
There are communal gardens where guests can enjoy and there are local eateries within walking distance.

All apartments are located just outside St.Austell Town but with bus routes within an easy quick walk making them very assessable to bus and train station too.

Nice central location

The apartment was as described and very clean and tidy. A bit far to walk to bars and restaurants so you do need a car. Lovely shared space in the gardens in which to enjoy the sunshine. No issues in recommending this property.
