As others have written, this apartment was brighter and more spacious than we expected -- high ceilings, large bedrooms, and a nice living room, too. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and gelaterias nearby, and an easy 15-minute walk across the river to the historic city center. The hosts/managers were also easy to communicate with. A terrific place to stay.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spacious, quiet, and felt like home. Checkin was limited to the noon hour, even though we had rented the previous night to ensure an early morning arrival. It worked out just fine, but it would help to know that you can't check in early morning if needed. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Rome.

Booking an extra night in order to access the property from early morning is an option that works when self check-in is available — something we have never offered nor advertised. Large, clean and quiet apartment; just right for a family stay. Excellent location just across the river from the Centro Storico - but far enough away to be residential. What a lovely place to stay for our visit in Rome! All was comfortable, clean and functional with high ceilings and a modern kitchen. We loved the location - so easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go - the market, the butcher, our favorite cafe spot around the corner. So close to the Tiber, and we were able to walk to most of our destinations, including the Vatican, the Coliseum, Trastevere, and the Metro A. We would definitely stay again.

Pristine property- even better than we expected in every way!

We loved this home. It was pristinely clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 5. Communication was great throughout the process. The location was excellent- just outside the hustle and bustle. It felt like a mix of locals and study abroad college students. Couldn’t recommend it enough and will definitely stay there again on future visits.
