The property was wonderful, with lots of thoughtful touches. The beach access, deck and balcony views, hammocks and pool made for wonderful outdoor days. Juan was quick to respond to questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. Rafa catered many of our lunches and dinners, and the food was SPECTACULAR. Rafa and his team did a terrific job and we ate so well. I highly recommend this property and having your meals catered by Rafa.

Great stay!

We picked Juan’s property for its central location, beach access and swimming pool and enjoyed all of these amenities. The house is perfect for large groups with so many en-suite bedrooms. There is quite a bit of deferred maintenance, but nothing that negatively impacted our use or enjoyment of the space. Juan is a very responsive and friendly host. We hope to return soon!

Awesome Property

Yes, there is deferred maintenance but still the home is amazing. It is palatial. The living roof is huge as is the covered patio. The pool large as well. Garbage, grounds and pool are taken care of three times a week. Yes, the pallet stairs down to the beach are funky but you get used to them. Juan is a great host. He responses to any request or question within minutes. It was a super fun place for our family of 13.

Excellent location

This house is centrally located. You can walk to most anything in town. I was able to kite from the beach as well. The pool is amazing and the house has all you’ll need to entertain many guests. Juan was always very kind and responded quickly. I’d definitely stay here again. Gracias!

wonderful place

We had an amazing time here. You can kite right from the beach in the front of the property and about a 15 min beach walk to Vantana Kiting school. As someone mentioned the stairs to the beach are not for someone who has mobility issues but amazing spot! There is lots of room and parking. Could have used some extra beach towels and spices but everything else we needed was supplied. Definitely hope to stay again in the future.

Excellent home and views

House is very large, well divided for a large group of people but has a nice central area for gathering. Yard and pool are great. Enjoyed the community and walks on the beach. Juan and wife Veronica were very responsive and helpful. Note to any other potential renters, the stairway to the beach is steep and made of pallets. People with physical limitations will definitely struggle.
