Italian Getaway - Rustic Charm

We LOVED this home - it is very clear that the place has a story. The view of the town with the rolling hills of olive trees was beautiful! The house was very spacious for me and my husband and our four children. The kids loved having the downstairs space to relax, play foosball, play with toys and just be kids. Pasquale met us at the house and left us a lovely welcome basket ready to make our first meal in the house, including his own olive oil! The olive oil is divine! He was available if needed, and even greeted us at the end of our stay to say goodbye. It was the perfect place, full of history, in a very central location - quick drive to many historic hilltop towns, to the beaches, parks, mountains, everything! We cannot thank Pasquale enough for his hospitality :)

Beh che dire……Pasquale ci ha accolte in maniera squisita: cesto regalo con prodotti tipici,ogni nostra richiesta soddisfatta all’istante e pronto a salire in auto per venire in nostro aiuto in qualsiasi momento….La casa si presenta molto grande, luminosa, dotata di tutti i confort e molto molto pulita.Situata in un punto strategico : 5 minuti da Città Sant’Angelo, 15 minuti dal mare e vicina a supermercati, farmacie, ristoranti e distributori di benzina.Noi SICURAMENTE ritorneremo a casa di Pasquale la prossima volta che andremo in Abruzzo. Grazie di cuore!!!

Wunderschöne Woche in Pasquale‘s Casolare

Wir durften mit unserem kleinen Sohn (2 Jahre) eine wunderschöne Woche in Pasquale‘s Wohnung/Ferienhaus verbringen. Mitten in Olivenhainen und Gemüseplantagen gelegen, lässt sein Appartement wirklich keinerlei Wünsche offen: zwei Kühlschränke, Waschmaschine, Grill, Kaffee/Tee und Vieles mehr. Wir waren selten in einer so gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung untergebracht. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es nur 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es lassen sich viele Tagesausflüge in der näheren Umgebung unternehmen. Nicht zu vergessen ist natürlich Pasquale’s herzlicher Empfang: zur Begrüßung gab es einen kleinen Spezialitätenkorb mit Bio-Olivenöl, das er selbst produziert. Während unserem gesamten Aufenthalts stand er uns mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Verfügung. An unserem letzten Tag überraschte er uns sogar noch mit frischen Cornetti für die Nachhausefahrt :) Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vacanza perfetta tra campagna e mare

Pasquale è un host eccezionale sempre disponibile, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cesto con prodotti locali e la mattina della nostra partenza ci ha portato pure le briosche, semplicemente unico! La casa è perfettamente attrezzata, esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio, ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Posizione ottima per raggiungere mare e montagna in poco tempo e quando si torna a casa ci si può godere il relax ammirando la bellissima campagna e gli ulivi.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt auf dem Lande

Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist wie auf den Bildern, alles sehr praktisch eingerichtet und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir bekamen sogar ein Begrüßungspaket mit Regionalprodukten (Olivenöl usw.) Dafür nochmal unser Herzliches Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt als Familie mit 3 Kindern. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und naturverbunden, man ist schnell an der Küste, die nächste Stadt Città Sant'Angelo ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und wunderschön. Vielen Dank nochmalsPasquale, Sie sind als Gastgeber Gold wert!

Familienurlaub mit zwei Kindern und zwei Hunden

Superschönes freistehendes Anwesen, mit direktem Blick auf die anliegenden Olivenhaine. Wir würden herzlich mit großer Gastfreundschaft empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gestaltet, mit allem was man zum Urlaub machen venötigt. Das Wohnzimmer perfekt zum zurückziehen, eine super geräumige Küche und zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer. Zu unserer Begeisterung waren alle Fenster mit Insektenschutzrollos ausgestattet. Für die heißen Tage bei 37 Grad war es Dank der von Pasquale aufgestellten Ventilatoren von der Ankunft an, sehr angenehm sich im Haus aufzuhalten. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen perfekt. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich und können es nur empfehlen.

Pasquale ist ein Top-Gastgeber! Jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit!! Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, genau wie im Inserat beschrieben, ist alles vorhanden: Von Mückenspray über Putzmittel bis hin zu Waschmittel 😊 Kaffeepadmaschine, Espressokocher, Reiseadapter, Verlängerungskabel, 2. großer Kühlschrank im Keller, … Aber nehmt unbedingt Autan mit, trotz Mückengittern an allen Fenstern! Wer gerne ruhig und gemütlich am Abend spazieren gehen möchte, dem empfehlen wir das Städtchen Citta Sant‘Angelo. Nur 10 Minuten mit den Auto entfernt- dort kann man lecker Eis oder Pizza essen und Mittwochs Vormittags ist dort ein kleiner Markt. Der Markt in Montesilvano ist Donnerstags Vormittags in der Via Lucania. Die Uferpromenade am Strand ist abends für Autos gesperrt und es gibt Souvenirstände, Musik und man kann schön spazieren gehen.. Wir kommen gerne wieder!! Schöner Ort

Wir denken uns immer, dass ein Vermieter zuerst einmal selbst 4 Wochen in seine Objekt wohnen muss, damit er sieht was funktioniert und was nicht. Wir haben den Eindruck, dass Pasquale immer in diesem Haus wohnt und es im Sommer dann seinen Gästen überlässt. Alles ist mit einem sehr guten Geschmack und funktional eingerichtet. Pasquale ist immer erreichbar und finder eine Lösung, sollte etwas fehlen. Vielen Dank

Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Jurgen, Sabine e i loro figli. Persone cordiali, corrette ed empatiche. Sono felice di aver potuto offrire un piacevole soggiorno anche ai loro due allegri amici a quattro zampe. Nonostante la difficoltà di linguaggio (colpa mia che parlo solo italiano) con l'aiuto della tecnologia mi hanno potuto trasmettere l'entusiasmo nel conoscere le bellezze della mia regione. Ammirevoli per come si sono prodigati nel portare a termine una missione che farà la felicità di una cagnolina. Impeccabili nell'uso della casa e nel come è stata riconsegnata.
