Ka'Eo Kai - Beautiful 2 Bedroom Condo On Kauai's Tropical North Shore!

Located in Princeville on Kauai's beautiful North Shore, the tropical Ka'Eo Kai Resort is situated among lush green landscaping, overlooking the number 3 fairway of Makai Golf Club with ocean and mountain views. Only a 10 minute drive away from the famous Hanalei Bay or approximately 15 minutes from the the scenic Kilauea Lighthouse Point & Wildlife Refuge.

This spacious 2B condo sleeps 6 guests and is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. Units have 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen OR 2 Twin beds in the guest room, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area and 2 full bathrooms. There is a full size, fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area that seats 6 as well as a washer/dryer combo. Each unit has a large private furnished lanai.

**Note: Air conditioning is not available however the unit does have ceilings fans in all rooms and jalousie windows that allow the cooling island trade winds to breeze through the unit.

**Note: The State of Hawaii requires all Resorts to collect a Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) which is based on unit size. The front desk will collect this tax at check out. The rate for this 2 Bedroom unit is $15-17/day.

** Note: The photos here are representative. All units are floating usage and actual units are assigned 24 hours before check in. While decor is very similar throughout, floor plans and views will vary and lower floor units do not have vaulted ceilings. You may be assigned to a lower unit or an upper unit depending upon availability. Please let us know if you need a lower unit. There are no elevators.

Perfect space for the family!

This is our third visit to Kauai and have always enjoyed our stays in Princeville. This place included! Plenty of room for our family of four. Clean. Easy parking. We slept great!

Perfect family summer vacation in Kauai

We booked our vacation last minute and booked a 2 bedroom deluxe unit for our family of 4 (we have two teenage boys). We worked with the team at Resort stay (Julie and Joyce were both excellent). At first we were skeptical having never stayed in a time share before but once we got there and settled in, the property was exactly as it looked in the photos. We were placed into an upstairs unit (far superior to a downstairs unit) with wraparound lanai and vaulted ceilings. We did encounter a problem at check in, where they initially placed us in a downstairs unit until I provided our confirmation showing a 2 bedroom deluxe then we were given an upstairs unit. So that was our minor glitch that was addressed right away. The property itself is LARGE. We absolute LOVED the wraparound lanai and having two separate bedrooms and bath with large living room, full dining room and full, well appointed kitchen made for a perfect stay in Kauai. The amenities were great too. We used the big pool everyday and also took part in the club house activities - mai tais, live music, potluck etc. We did not use the BBQs because it was a bit of a schelp to get to them. When we were tired at the end of the night, it was nice to be able to relax because there was room for everyone to spread out. And we were not at all bothered by the fans. Our unit had great cross breezes (18B) but it was in front of main road which did not bother us. We prefer that to facing the inner courtyard actually. Many people have mentioned the timeshare sales pitch. We received a note on our second day letting us know we needed to get our parking pass and welcome packet. I politely declined and sent my son to get the parking pass. We never were bothered after that initial ask. So I have to disagree with others who say the staff "incessantly bothers" guests. We did not experience that and in fact truly liked the staff we interacted with (Priscilla, Gwen and Nathaniel). We hope we can come back and stay for a future visit. Definitely recommend.

Pretty nice

The property was in a pretty good location, a short walk from golf course and relatively close to beaches. It was disappointing that our room was not ready at check in time, which was 4pm, and we had to wait around. Overall the place was very spacious and a good fit

Beautiful property, a well kept condo. Very accommodating staff. It felt as though we were in Haw

Very spacious! Well decorated. Could use a bit more equipment in the kitchen. We didn’t find the laundry till it was almost time to leave so we ran very short of wash cloths. My biggest problem was finding our condo from the different parking places. The arrows were a little ambiguous. Mostly very satisfied. I got the check out time wrong so I wasn’t happy about not emptying the trash or desposing of food.😞
