Villa Ziziphus is located in Premantura, a lovely place most known for its Cape Kamenjak (windsurfing, kayaking...).

Situated on a 900 m2 of land, it provides a lot of room for a relaxing vacation.

Guests have access to a private heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi, several terraces with garden furniture, BBQ and swings for children.

House is entirely located on ground floor and it is wheelchair accessible.



House consists of a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a separate toilet. Every bedroom has its own TV and air conditioning device.

Total of 6 people can be accommodated at the villa, best would be 4 adults + 2 children.

House is located in the center, where everything you may need is in 200 m range (restaurant, bar, grocery store, bakery, ATM...).

Premantura is a smaller place which is especially vivid during the summer. Filled with nice restaurants and surrounded by untouched nature, Premantura is a perfect place for your vacation.

Over 500 plant species can be found on this area, and some orchid species are endemic or endangered. The peninsula is surrounded with crystal clean sea and it's known for its wonderful color.

Windsurfers are always hapy to visit Cape Kamenjak, where you can engage in a variety of activities related to the sea, besides windsurfing.



Pula Airport (PUY) is 14 km away.
