Dimore Stefania are 2 recently renovated ground floor loft studio apartments, one called Suite Piazzetta and the other Suite Viuzza. Suite Piazzetta is a barrel-vaulted studio apartment with a double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The accommodation is about 180m from the main square of Polignano a Mare, 350m from the entrance to the old town overlooking the sea and about 400m from the beautiful town beach of Lama Monachile.

Suite Piazzetta is a recently renovated ground floor loft studio apartment. Inside the house there is a kitchenette with 2 gas burners, sink, oven, refrigerator, table with chairs, washing machine, a bathroom with shower, and on the mezzanine there is a double bed. The accommodation has barrel vaults.



On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.
