Unfortunately not as good as before

I have stayed in this caravan many of times with my family and it has always been lovely but this time was completely different, when we arrived the caravan smelt of dog, and also stale cigarette smoke. The en-suite door didn’t close, it was no where near as clean as usual. The door handles didn’t work properly. This was a big shame as this is usually our favourite caravan. And again there was food behind the sofa not just crumbs either. there was also a lot of dirt over the walls. It definitely needs repairing and the cleaners need to start doing a better job. I don’t like to leave harsh reviews it’s not what I do, but we was very let down this time so I felt that I had to

Excellent stay, definitely an amazing weekend

This is the best caravan I have ever stayed in, there wasn’t any complaints everyone loved it. We loved it that much I have booked it again for January and I am sure we will be returning. Lovely service, very reliable. Thankyou for a lovely weekend

Over the moon

The caravan is so lovely inside. Very good facilities. Really comfortable and everything you need. Had a lovely stay and will be booking another holiday there again
