An elegant, spacious fifth floor apartment for up to 6 guests, in the 7th arrondissement, near the beautiful Les Invalides.

The kitchen has plenty of natural light, pale wood units, and smart terracotta tiled flooring. All modern amenities are available, including an induction plate, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs.
LIVING/ DINING ROOM
A beautiful open-plan living room and dining area, with classically styled interiors, elegant parquet flooring, and large glass windows overlooking the street. Beneath a delicate chandelier is a smart additional dining table with 4 chairs. On the other side of the room is a snug sitting room with 2 large sofas and 2 armchairs, set around a coffee table. There is also a large screen TV, a well-stocked bookcase, and 2 period-style feature fireplaces either side of the room.

Separate WC and wash basin.
MASTER BEDROOM
A lovely bedroom with a double bed, polished wood flooring, and elegant wood furniture. There are 2 wardrobes, a small vanity desk and chair, and a large window letting in plenty of light.
MASTER ENSUITE
The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
SECOND BEDROOM
With elegant interiors and a feature fireplace, this bedroom includes a single bed, a small vanity desk and stool, and 2 armchairs.
MAIN BATHROOM
Includes a bathtub and bidet.

A lovely additional living room with fresh white interiors, tall windows, and parquet floor. This room includes a sofa bed to sleep 1 guest, a coffee table packed with reading materials, bookcases, and 2 comfy armchairs.
