Description of the apartment:

Dated of seventeen century the apartment has been fully renovated with taste and passion. Once inside it you don't hear any noise from outside, a true relaxing gem.

The apartment is located on the 1st & 2 sd floors of your own building with a few stairs to climb. You enter your apartment from a servitude at the groundfloor.

The apartment itself is spread on 2 levels: On the first level, you will find a 1st bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a separate bathroom with 2 sinks, a stand alone shower and a bath. There is a separate toilet

Up the stairs on the second level, you will find one open space with the living room, sofa bed for 2 people, dining place, bar and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a steamer, a kettle, a freezer, drip and caps coffee machines, and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, stereo with CD, MP3, Bluetooth and internet access. All floors are made of massive oak. The stairs are original (XVII century) and are quite steep, not recommanded for person with reduced mobility.

Il se situe en bordure du piétonnier et à 500 m de la Grand Place. Vous entrez dans l'appartement par un corridor (serviture) qui relie plusieurs entités. Vous bénéficiez ainsi d’un appartement au calme absolu et situé dans le quartier le plus tendance de la capitale. L' appartement comporte 4 lits ( 1 double, 2 simples et 1 sofa convertible 2 places) Au premier étage : 2 chambres avec entrées séparées, 1 toilette séparée, 1 salle de bain (2 lavabos, douche séparée, baignoire avec douchette). Au deuxième étage, 1 grand espace: salon avec un divan-lit et 4 fauteuil, salle à manger, et cuisine aménagée et bar. Tous les planchers sont en chêne massif. Les escaliers sont d'origine du 17 eme siècle et assez raides, inaptes pour une personne à mobilité réduite.
