Bewertung Fewo Hinterberger Bad Mitterndorf

Die Fewo ist mit 10 cm dicken Schaumstoffmatratzen ausgestattet (wahrscheinlich Härtegrad 3), worauf wir sehr schlecht mit Rückenschmerzen geschlafen haben. Ein Austausch der Matratze (auch Härtegrad 3) hat keine Verbesserung gebracht. Wir haben daraufhin die Vermieterin um eine andere Lösung gebeten. Sie hat vorgeschlagen, die beiden Wolldecken auf der Matratze auszubreiten. Wir haben ihr mitgeteilt, dass dies leider nicht hilft. Wir mussten uns ein Luftbett kaufen, sonst hätten wir abreisen müssen. Eine Rückmeldung der Vermieterin erfolgte nicht. Stattdessen hat uns die Buchungsfirma Belvilla angerufen und wortreich erklärt, dass die Fewo der Beschreibung zur Buchung entspricht und keine Änderung des vorhanden Zustandes möglich ist. Leider hatte die Vermieterin nicht die Courage, uns selbst mitzuteilen, dass es keine andere Lösung gibt. Laut Stiftung Warentest ist eine Gesamthöhe der Matratze von 16 bis 18 cm in der Regel für die meisten Schlaf- und Körpertypen ausreichend. Fazit: Wer nicht mindestens 80 kg wiegt, sollte die Fewo nicht buchen, wenn man erholsam Schlafen will. Bei dem vorhanden Bett waren teilweise Verstrebungen abgerissen und Schrauben fehlten. Auch das Schlafsofa war nicht als Ausweiche nutzbar, da dieses durchgelegen war. Eine Terrasse und ein Garten, wie sie laut Beschreibung zur Buchung vorhanden sein sollen, sucht man vergeblich. Diese Fewo – nie wieder!!!
