About this property

A beautifully presented 2 bedroom cottage, situated on The Bay holiday village, Filey is the perfect holiday location for all.

The cottage is decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Providing all necessities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The cottage is aimed for families and couples to stay.
Bookings available for a minimum of 3 nights.

The cottage has gas central heating.
Spacious open plan living downstairs comprising of kitchen, dining area, living room area.
There is a WC downstairs in the hallway.

Upstairs comprises of a king size bed in the first bedroom.
The second bedroom comprises of 2 twin single beds.
A travel cot is available upon request.
A spacious bathroom is also on the upstairs flood comprising of bath / shower, wash basin and toilet.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric hob, oven, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster & all other essentials required.

The living room has freeview TV, DVD player, games and books.

Dining table & 4 chairs are in the dining area. A high chair is available.

There are french doors to the rear of the property from the living area that leads onto a small private garden area with a table & chairs.

Unlimited fibre WiFi is available.

The property is a very short walk to the meadows and ponds opposite, also to the hospitality & leisure facilities. Access to the beach is a little further on.

Fabulous Filey

The Bay is a good location to access Filey, the accommodation has everything you need, it is home from home. We mostly ate out but there is plenty of crockery, pans etc to cater yourselves. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Ideal cottage for the smaller sized party.

Return visit finding cottage has been tastefully decorated. Ideal position giving easy access to the beach and site facilities. Would highly recommend.

We have recently purchased the holiday cottage in Aug 2021.
We purchased the property after falling in love with The Bay at Filey. We wanted a holiday home we can enjoy as a family and also hire out for other families to enjoy and experience The Bay.
