About this property

House with spectacular sea views, private pool, parking and wifi.

Set in a more peaceful area of Lloret de Mar away from the busy town. This beautiful house, located in a residential area only a few minutes drive to the beach and centre. The whole house has recently been refurbished.
Suitable for families, couples or big families up to eight.
There are four bedrooms.
There is also a baby chair and a cot available free. There are two bathrooms, a lounge room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate indoor and outdoor dining area with some of the most incredible, uninterrupted sea views in Lloret de Mar. There is free wifi and TV with a large range of international channels and movies.
On the ground floor terrace below the apartment there is a laundry room free for guest use.
The pool and the furnished poolside area with a barbeque is for private use of the guests only. The terrace in the pool area is approximately 150 square metres.

Please read the Holiday Rental Agreement regarding arrival and departure dates in summer before making a reservation.

Parking is free next to the house.
We do not accept groups of young people or parties. Tourist tax and cleaning is included in the fee. Towels and bedding are provided.

Super séjour

Maison très agréable avec une très belle vue, propre et conforme à la description. Nous avons séjourner à 6 adultes et deux enfants. La literie est confortable et plusieurs équipements à disposition. Stephen est un hôte très gentil, discret et présent lorsque nous avions besoin. Nous recommandons sans problème. Nous avons passons un très bon séjour. Merci Stephen

Amandine et sa famille étaient de merveilleux invités. Ils étaient très respectueux, calmes et propres et ont laissé la maison telle qu'ils l'ont trouvée. Je n'hésiterais pas à les héberger à nouveau et je peux certainement les recommander à d'autres hôtes. Un grand merci Amandine.

Maison avec superbe vue, bien entretenue, pour y passer un agréable séjour. Environnement très calme et ressourçant. Proche de très belles plages et de la ville festive, en voiture. Propriétaire accueillant, disponible et discret. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis, je recommande :).

La vista azul is a beautiful house set in a residential area which is only a few minutes from the beach and town centre.
It is the perfect location for guests who prefer the peace and quiet away from town without being too far from all the local amenities.

At La vista azul can enjoy your stay in a clean, comfortable and modern space.
There are four rooms with good quality, comfortable beds.
There is a large private pool, only for the guests.
The house has a spacious furnished balcony with incredible views over Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean sea.
