Terrible communication experience with the property management company. They provided the wrong property address as well as the wrong key pick up location. We called the contact number provided all day trying to get ahold of someone and they didn’t pick up until it was already dark outside so we couldn’t check in to our room until much later than guaranteed. On check in they provided us with a number to call in case we had any issues with the property. We tried calling when the room safe had no battery but the number they provided did not connect to anyone.
Because we only got the keys after dark the street parking was so full that the property parking lot was nearly inaccessible. I do not recommend renting anything larger than a compact vehicle as the gate does not have great clearance and we were lucky to exit the property on garbage day when the driveway was even more narrow with trash.
The location was perfect…right across the street from camps bay tidal pool and was within walking distance of several stores and restaurants.
Honestly, the check in experience and lack of support during our stay made me wish we’d booked at the hotel just a block or so over for nearly the same price.
