-Private 2-story house in Condominium H, three bedrooms: master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, both with air conditioning; second bedroom with two single bunk beds, ceiling and floor fans; 1 study with a double sofa bed, ceiling and floor fans, and a desk and chair for a home office; 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom, kitchen (utensils), 43" FHD Roku TV, Netflix, Philips Bluetooth speaker, ceiling and floor fans, parking for 2 cars, and gardens with a perimeter fence; the common area features a pool and gardens.<br>We’re located 5 minutes from the beaches of Pie de la Cuesta, where you can enjoy boat rides on Coyuca Lagoon, as well as jet ski, quad bike, and kayak rentals.<br>-Our property is a 30-minute drive from city centre Acapulco (Playa Hornos) and 49 km from Acapulco International Airport.<br>-The Soriana Express and Bodega Aurrera supermarkets are a 15–20-minute drive away. Superama is a 30-minute drive away.<br>-A 5-minute drive away, there’s a convenience store (Oxxo) and an ATM, and you’ll find small shops nearby where you can buy essentials like milk, bread, vegetables, and soft drinks, etc.
