The apartment has a open plan kitchen, living room giving access to the west facing terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The resort has beautiful gardens and a large tropical style swimming pool.



The beach is just 75 meters walking distance and this particular part of the coast has a boardwalk covering several kilometres. In the vicinity are shopping facilities, lots of restaurants/bars on the beach and the little village of Cancelada.

Apartment was well situated and pool area was lovely. Some lovely bar/restaurants close by and costal path good for walking. Only fault would be that there were no wine glasses!

Lovely clean comfortable apartment in Costalita residence. We were met by a friendly chap to check in and were shown around the apartment. We were also given restaurant recommendations We didn&#039t hire a car but used the local buses which were cheap and reliable to get around. Recommended for a couples break - quiet but what we expected in mid October.

Ferien in Estepona

Schöne, kleine, gemütliche, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Nah am Meer, schöne täglich gepflegte Grünanlage. Gesamte Anlage mit Schlüssel Zugang, immer Parkplatz nah bei Wohnung. Praktisch Waschmaschine in Wohnung, inkl. Waschständer. Nette und unkomplizierte Betreuung durch Yuliana (früherer CheckIn und CheckOut, danke) Nespresso Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht und wurde nicht ausgetauscht. Filterkaffeemaschine soll verwendet werden. Wenig Geschirr (Kaffeelöffel, Gläser, keine Tupperware oder ähnliches). Pool (Boden) Mosaiksteine fehlten. Liegestühle beim Pool teilweise sehr durchgelegen.

Good afternoon, Thank you for your comments they help us improve. We are delighted that you liked the aparment, its location, and cleanliness. We are sorry to hear that the capsule coffee machine was not working, even though our maintenance colleague checked it. It will be sent for repair and servicing. Additionally, the flat has another filter coffee machine available. We will do our best to better equip the flat with coffee spoons, tupperware, and glasses. We will also advise the management of the urbanisation to improve the pool tiles and purchase new sun loungers if necessary. Thank you and best regards.

Het appartement bevindt zich op een afgesloten terrein met allemaal appartement gebouwen en een gezamenlijk zwembad. Dit appartement bevindt zich op de bovenste woonlaag (geen lift). Het appartement is sfeervol ingericht en heel verzorgd alles is aanwezig qua apparatuur. Op loopafstand van een tof strandtentje. Verder is een auto aan te bevelen. Niets
