We had a great week at Maria’s property, despite quite mixed weather. Communication was great ahead of our arrival and Maria met us at the property to show us around. The property was very clean and absolutely everything we might have needed was provided, which was great. The beds, bedding and towels were all really good quality.Outside, the garden is lovely, and there was plenty of games equipment to keep everyone happy! We had access to bikes, scooters, basketball, darts and table football. There are chickens in the garden, and we enjoyed eggs every day - sometimes, more eggs than we knew what to do with!!The property is in a very quiet area with no shops or restaurants within walking distance, but we didn’t mind this. We stocked up in Santarém, and enjoyed day trips to Nasare and Foz do Alhero. We also arranged to hire bikes in Ferrel and cycled to Peniche, which was probably our favourite day out!All in all, we had a great week at Casa do Cedro and would certainly recommend this property.
