Too Noisy!
Firstly, the google maps directions are inaccurate. We hired a private service to pick us up from NAP airport and drive us to the flat, and used the same private service to pick us up from the flat and drive back to NAP airport. Both times the drivers could not find the flat. We requested additional sets of towels since we were there for 4 nights 5 days. We were told we were going to be charged for them and had to walk to the office down the street to pick them up. The one set of towels we were given to use for 5 days were thin, old and stained. The bed area is very small. There is no room to step out of the bed "normally" as there is only about 6" clearance between the bed and the wall on one side. The worst part of our stay is that it was very noisy. The flat above us had people stomping (and I assume a child running around, which I reported on day one). Days #3 and 4, there was drilling, hammering and LOTS of noise coming from the above flat. Again, I reported this to the rental office, requesting monetary compensation for our stay. I was told that they would be in touch with the owner and that the owner would investigate. I've made several requests in writing, but have not heard back with any type of solution.
Unfortunately for us, we did not have a great experience at this flat. Our grievances have been ignored. Very dissatisfied with our stay and lack of communication regarding these matters from the rental company. I wish I could post videos of the noise!
