Just a short walk from the cozy center of the resort town of Marielyst, with good shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful sandy beach, you will find this spacious vacation home with a whirlpool and sauna in the bathroom for relaxing hours. The centerpiece of the house is the open-plan kitchen/living area with a dining and sitting area for family life. The house also has four bedrooms with a total of 10 beds to choose from. The vacation home is insulated for year-round use and equipped with comfortable underfloor heating. There is both a cozy wood-burning stove and a climate-friendly heat pump. In addition to a toilet and shower, the large bathroom offers both a whirlpool and a sauna for wellness and relaxation. There is an activity room in the annex with billiards, table tennis, and darts for leisure fun. The room is easily accessible via the covered terrace. The vacation home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The large property, which faces away from the street, is landscaped as a natural garden. There are many opportunities for fun and games on the terrace and next door on the lawn with a slide, swing, and garden trampoline (use at your own risk) for the children. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the house. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
