Ottima esperienza !!

Abitazione conforme alla descrizione. Che dire, Diego e Rita persone cortesissime, disponibili e pronte a soddisfare le nostre richieste. L'appartamento è assolutamente valido sia per due coppie che per famiglia con bambini. La casa è dotata di tutte le utilità, dal condizionatore alla TV al microonde; nelle giornate particolarmente calde in casa si sta cmq bene. Ancora grazie a Diego e Rita. Giorgio

Super séjour chez Diego à Cannigione

Pour notre 6ème année sur la Costa Smeralda, nous avons retenu cet appartement à Cannigione car la ville est centrale entre Palau et Portisco. Vraiment pratique pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. L'appartement est charmant, fonctionnel, joliment décoré, avec tout le confort (BBQ, Wifi, TV, Climatisation, douche extérieure, machine à laver, machine à café, four, serviettes de plage et de bains...). Une terrasse à l'arrière permet de faire sécher les serviettes après la plage. Le jardin privatif à l'avant est sans vis-à-vis grâce à son haut-vent. A noter, on peut stationner la voiture dans le jardin mais c'est inutile car il y a toujours de la place dans la rue. Cannigione est une petite ville vivante. L'appartement est idéalement situé à 2 pas (2mn à pied) du centre ville avec restaurants, bars, supermarché, Poste, bureau de tabacs... On a tout fait à pied. C'est top pour profiter le soir des animations, du marché nocturne et de la nuit blanche de Cannigione. Le restaurant (La Bruschetta) à côté fait des pizzas délicieuses. Le + du séjour: le propriétaire Diego est chaleureux, sympathique, présent sans être envahissant. Il est à la disposition de ses hôtes et nous a fait profiter de ses nombreux conseils sur les restaurants, les plages et la vie locale. Nous avons été pleinement ravis de notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter chez Diego. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Appartamento vacanze Cannigione

Diego è un proprietario gentilissimo e sempre pronto a dare consigli su cosa visitare nella zona. È sempre stato velocissimo a rispondere alle nostre esigenze e domande. Posizione ottimale per visitare la Costa Smeralda, Palau e le isole della Maddalena. Consigliato.

Consigliatissima

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, ottima la posizione per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della costa smeralda, la struttura appena ristrutturara è decisamente confortevole e ben attrezzata, curata soprattutto in ogni dettaglio, tale da farti sentire a casa.....ospitalità e gentilezza di Diego impeccabile, che ringrazio ancora per averci lasciato la casa l'ultimo giorno fino a tardi !

Maison à louer sans hésitation

La maison est telle qu’elle est sur les photos. Elle est vraiment bien située. Excepté pour visiter, il n’y a pas besoin de voiture. Le propriétaire est parfait. Il demande constamment si tout va bien. Il est toujours là en cas de besoin, il donne des conseils. J’ai déjà fait plusieurs réservations et je n’ai jamais eu un propriétaire aussi dévoué. L’endroit et la propriété sont à conseiller fortement.
