The complex consists of two similar villas that can also be hired together by bigger groups, as the total capacity of both villas is 15 guests. Each villa has its private terrace and swimming pool.

INDOOR SPACES
Kapodistria Villa 1 spans 120 sq.m. and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering a spacious and comfortable setting for a relaxing stay. The ground floor (65 sq.m.) boasts an open-plan layout with a bright living area that includes a double sofa bed, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the same level, there is also a bedroom with a double bed. Both the living room and the bedroom enjoy direct access to the balcony and the swimming pool, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living.

The first floor hosts two elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. One bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the other offers two single beds that can be combined into a queen-size bed upon request. Both rooms open onto a spacious balcony, where you can unwind while enjoying relaxing views of the sea.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The outdoor area is equally impressive, featuring a fully fenced setting surrounded by lush olive groves. It offers a stylish outdoor living space, a built-in BBQ with a dedicated dining area, and a charming hammock—perfect for moments of relaxation.

PRIVATE POOL
At the heart of the outdoor area lies a fantastic swimming pool (3.50m x 6.50m), surrounded by elegant sunbeds and parasols—ideal for moments of pure relaxation
