SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa and pool, furniture does needs updating and maybe a fresh coat of paint but all in all a lovely villa and lovely pool area. Bit of a walk back from the main town as up hill, but the taxis were no more than 4 euros a time so no issue really. Any problems were dealt with either the same day or at the latest the next day. Would definitely come back

Fantastic Villa with Excellent Pool

We had a great time at Villa Diego. The pool was fantastic very clean. The Villa was very clean when we arrived and a towel change half way through. We really enjoyed our Stay. Issue with Aircon in 3 of the five bedrooms was the only issue.

Location great house nice but a furnishings a little tired need to take own pool towels, no welcome box so need to take essentials tea coffee milk etc for first night unless arrive early enough to go to shops

Pool clean. Out of 11 sunbeds there were 4 broken and others needed cleaning. Not enough space to have 10 beds out at once. No plastic beakers fir around the pool. On request was told to buy my own. Not enough oven trays, utensils, pans. Had to request scissors, oven gloves and trays. Trays did not arrive. The pump for the boiler was very noisey. I did message the management co. Quick response but, they took on my feedback but overall disappointed with the facilities.

Lovely clean property but ……

The property is lovely and spacious and clean but just a few things let it down. The kitchen utensils dishes etc are not suitable for 10 people as there are not enough cups, pans etc.. The outside dining area is supposed to be for 10 people but 5 of the chairs were broken. 1 of the sun beds was also broken. It has a lovely large barbecue but no tools. If these small things were taken care of it would be a lovely property .

Disappointing

The villa needs an update in terms of outside furniture and some of the inside furniture too. We were a family of 11 and luckily the weather was good enough to eat outside at all times which was just as well as there was not enough seating inside for 11 in either the kitchen or dining room.The kitchen was very poorly equipped for 11 who mainly self catered not enough bowls dishes cooking dishes etc it really was disappointing as we looked into cupboards also lack of plastic cups bowls etc for kids.

All of us, teachers, not only spent time for ourselves but we used the time to evaluate our work as a team. Exciting tapas, beach, and the rooftop open air cinema was fun.
