Villa Panna is located in the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, along the Versilia coast, just 1 km from the sea.
The private entrance with automatic gate leads to a well-kept illuminated garden (450 sqm), characterized by lawn, trees and flowers.
The property boasts a lovely private pool (4.5 x 4.5 m), equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find a lounge area with comfortable sofas, where you can drink an aperitif while enjoying the sunset, and a dining area with table for 6 people and a gas barbecue.
At guests' disposal there is also a parking area for 1-2 cars and a swing for children.

Internal Description

Furnished in a modern and elegant style, Villa Panna is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 7 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Internet Wifi, air conditioning and fans are available. The property also has a travel cot and a high chair. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: At the entrance you will find a spacious and bright open space-living area with: dining table, bookcase, corner relax with sofas, tv and fireplace, a piano and a modern-fully equipped kitchen (with counter, fridge, gas hob, oven and microwave).
A guest bathroom makes the rest of the floor.

First floor: The upper floor houses 2 double bedrooms with balcony, 2 bathrooms with shower, and a closet room.

Second floor: The top floor is made up of: 1 bedroom with French bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a furnished terrace with sofa and armchair; 1 bedroom with bunk bed.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (gas, water, electricity); bed linen and towels; weekly linen change; 2 light cleanings per week; house and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Extra cleaning (15.00€/hour); extra change of bed linen and towels (90.00€); heating on consumption in the winter months. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1.000,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
