Rip off
This host/managing company is trying to rip people off. The stove didn’t work, which is why we chose this apartment, so we could cook. The refrigerator was off and it spoiled $100 of food we had purchased. We saw later we had to pay extra is we wanted to use the refrigerator. The heating/cooling system did not work. There was no internet…surely another extra they wanted us to pay, but never gave us the option. The few towels we were provided, were dirty. We were left with one roll of toilet paper for a three night’s stay for two people. The furniture was old and filthy. The mattress was ancient and had a huge dip in the middle. The kitchen was barely stocked but what was, was from the 1970’s. I had to repeatedly reach out to the managing company for directions to the apartment, how to enter….. There was no handbook about the property or guide where to put garbage, in which we were not provided with a garbage can or bag…. It goes on and on. We left a day early because it was such a bad experience. This host/company is trying to make maximum money without care about the quality of the guest’s experience. It was humiliating and I feel robbed and insulted.
