Welcome to Vernissa, a beautiful rural house located in the peaceful Mallorcan countryside, just a few minutes' drive from the stunning beaches of the Bay of Alcudia. Perfect for a holiday with family or friends, this home combines the charm of a country setting with proximity to the sea and the vibrant amenities of Can Picafort.
The house is spacious and filled with natural light, featuring 4 bedrooms spread over two floors. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and one has a ceiling fan. Each floor has one double bedroom and one with two single beds, making it ideal for families. There are 3 full bathrooms, two of them en suite, ensuring comfort and privacy.
The large living room and fully equipped kitchen provide everything needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. Outside, guests can enjoy a large private pool, surrounded by well-maintained natural grass. A generous terrace includes a children's play area, barbecue, and outdoor dining space – perfect for al fresco meals and family gatherings.
Located in the peaceful rural area of Son Morro, the house is surrounded by nature and offers panoramic views of the Tramuntana Mountains, nearby fields, and even the sea from the upper floor. The property also includes fruit trees and a small seasonal vegetable garden – a true countryside escape.
The beautiful beach of Es Capellans is just 10 minutes by car, with soft sand and shallow waters, ideal for children. The nearby town of Can Picafort is one of the most beloved destinations in northern Mallorca, offering a wonderful mix of beach life, local cuisine, shops, weekly markets, and a relaxed nightlife, all with an authentic Mallorcan atmosphere.
