Located in the peaceful rural area of Son Morro, the house is surrounded by nature and offers panoramic views of the Tramuntana Mountains, nearby fields, and even the sea from the upper floor. The property also includes fruit trees and a small seasonal vegetable garden – a true countryside escape.
The beautiful beach of Es Capellans is just 10 minutes by car, with soft sand and shallow waters, ideal for children.
