Outdoors and swimming pool
The property features about 1000 sq. m. of fenced garden with lawn, plants, cypress trees and flowers. The swimming pool is in the lawn behind the property and is 5 metres by 13 with a depth of 1.2-2.7 metres, with an infinity edge and a Jacuzzi for three persons. The pool is surrounded by a bathing area with sunbeds, beach chairs and a hot water shower. Guests can use a large furnished loggia with tables and chairs for dinners in the fresh air, and the portable barbecue. There is also a ping pong table. Parking within the property.Interior
The farmhouse was originally a colonial home dating back to 1856, and has been renovated whilst maintaining its original characteristics which, together with the typical rustic furniture of the area, create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere which is cured in every detail and complete with every possible commodity. The ground floor entrance leads to the living room with sofas, a fireplace, TV and direct outdoor access, a dining room with table for 8 persons and direct outdoor access, a large well-equipped kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. A staircase leads up to the first floor with three double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with shower, one bedroom with two beds, two bathrooms with shower. The outbuilding with outdoor access features the small gym.

Location
The farmhouse is in a quiet location in the countryside, but is not too isolated. It is surrounded by uncontaminated nature and is a few kilometres from the town of San Miniato.
