This 10-bedroom villa in Stoumont has a private entrance to river Amblève and is a great choice for a group of 30 or families with children to stay. There is a sauna to unwind and a private swimming pool to enjoy.

The hiking trail of le Ninglespo is nearby. You can visit the caves of Remouchamps, Spa with its thermal pools and the waterfalls of Coo (Plopsa Coo). Ski regions of Wanne at 21 km and Baraque de Fraiture at 28 km are perfect to enjoy during winter. There is a forest at 100 m and a golf course at a short distance. Treat your taste buds to local delicacies from the restaurants at 10 km. The town centre is at 4km.

The home maintains a warm ambience with the central heating, wood stove in the living room and gas stove in the sitting room. There is a bar to unwind and billiards, boules and table tennis to have fun. The family can spend happy hours in the terrace or in the furnished garden with barbecue.
