Carola was a wonderful host. She greeted us every morning to check in with us and asked if we needed anything. When we arrived at the villa we were very impressed with the large basket of goodies that was proved as well as coffee, juice & milk. I would highly recommend this property to others. Perfect accommodation, perfect location, perfect host.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you would hope for. Amazing gift basket of brioche, pastries, bread, crackers, jams, honey, coffee and milk. Surrounded by gorgeous pasture and olive groves. Close to Cortona and local grocery store and restaurants. Easy to drive to Arrizo, Perugia and all the beautiful villages around Umbria. Our host Carola was so wonderful and so very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Alles sehr ordentlich. Küche top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir waren mit unserem Hund bestens aufgehoben. Sehr schön restaurierter Bauernhof bei Cortona mit 5 voll ausgestatteten Apartments und 3 Doppelzimmern mit versteckter kleiner Küchenzeile, rustikale Einrichtungen mit vielen Antiquitäten bei größtem Comfort wie Pool, Tennisplatz, kostenfreies Parken, Waschmaschine. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Überragend freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Über eine (insbesondere morgens auch stark befahrene) Durchgangsstraße ohne Probleme gut zu erreichen (kein SUV erforderlich). Apartment Grande verfügt mit 2 Etagen und Anbau über das größte Platzangebot und gewährt durch zusätzliche rückwärtige Terrasse auch uneingeschränkte „Privacy“ im Außenbereich, wenn man darauf besonderen Wert legt.

Das wunderschöne Anwesen befindet sich in der südlichen Toskana, etwas außerhalb von Cortona. Cortona ist eine charmante kleine Stadt voller Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften, die zum Bummel einladen. Das einzelne Bauernhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet nach toskanischem Stil und sehr sauber. Das gesamte Anwesen wird liebevoll gepflegt. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die Besitzerin ist sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Auch mit Hunden ist man hier sehr herzlich willkommen. Der einzigste Nachteil ist die stark befahrene Straße neben dem Anwesen, wovon man im Haus aber nicht allzu viel wahrnimmt. Ansonsten ist alles top!!

We kwamen via een wegomlegging door een stortbui aan bij het vakantieverblijf. De woning was niet verwarmd wat een tegenvaller was. Zelfs na een uur wachten bleek de verwarming niet te werken. De eigenares heeft dan op onze vraag de verwarmingsketel aangezet.
