A rural house with a modern and innovative architectural design. Very bright, with spacious, open-concept areas that exude calm and tranquility. Located 5 minutes from the town centre, with easy parking. All amenities are within a 10-minute walk.<br><br>You can set out on various hiking and biking trails right from the house without needing to take the car.<br><br>It features an interior terrace/garden with a barbecue. One complimentary bag of charcoal is provided.<br><br>Nespresso coffee machine with 6 complimentary capsules.<br><br>The rooms are very spacious. The room on the second floor has a very original design and its own terrace facing “La Morería” mountain.
