Von sehr gut bis befriedigend

Das Haus und Grundstück lässt sich unserer Meinung nach nur in zwei Teilen bewerten. Teil 1, der vordere Teil des Hauses mit dem Wohnbereich, der Küche und den Terassen bekommt von uns ein dem Preis entsprechendes sehr gut für Ausstattung, Gemütlichkeit usw.. Für den hinteren Teil des Hauses (Schlafräume und Bad) sehen wir eher ein befriedend. Wobei das Bad selbst mit befriedender Einschätzung noch gut bewertet ist. Das Grundstück war riesig, allerdings eine baumlose Wiese mit relativ hohem Gras (der Mähroboter steckte die ganze Woche tatenlos fest, vermutlich Gras zu hoch?) Wegen des feuchten Untergrundes haben wir die Wiese nicht mit Auto befahren, das war aber auch nicht erforderlich, denn es gab einen schönen Parkplatz neben dem Grundstück. Die Endreinigung sollte 140€ kosten. Das Haus haben wir sauber übernommen, keine Frage. Allerdings kein Reinigungszustand, der 140€ entsprechen würde. Sehr war die Lage des Ferienhauses. Man ist recht schnell zu Fuss an einem sehr schönen Strand. Keine Kritik aber Hinweis: Wir waren versehentlich bereits 13.00 Uhr angereist. Obwohl bis 16.00 niemand mehr zur Reinigung usw. auf dem Grundstück erschien, also alles bereits fertig war, lies sich die Schlüsselbox erst Punkt 16.00 Uhr öffnen.
