Villa Sea View is an impressive 5 bedroom property with stunning views out across the sea. The spacious, stylish interiors are ideal for large families or groups, and you'll also have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the long, sunny days. Set in a residential area of Sa Caleta, the villa is just 10 minutes' walk from a couple of restaurants and a pretty cove. You'll also be within easy driving distance, or just a 30 minute walk, of the culturally rich and historically important town of Ciutadella, the old capital of Menorca. With contemporary furnishings throughout, Villa Sea View exudes sophistication and makes a wonderful addition to our Very Villa Plus programme. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Sea View is a detached property located in a residential area of Sa Caleta, just 10 minutes' walk from a charming sandy cove, small supermarket and a couple of restaurants. The inlet of Santandria is 20 minutes' walk from the villa, where you'll find some wonderful bars overlooking the waterfront. The island's old capital, Ciutadella, is just a 5 minute drive away. Not only will you find a great selection of lively restaurants and bars in Ciutadella but there is an abundance of interesting historical architecture and a wonderful port to explore. It's also possible to take the ferry to Menorca's sister island of Majorca from Ciutadella, a great option for a day out.

Lovely villa

Overall a great house. Rooms were large, master suite was magnificent (whole second floor). The kitchen was indoor / outdoor so enough for a large family. Water front was beautiful rocky cliffs. Only down side is the house could use a bit of maintenance, eg fridge door broken, dishwasher was not attached thoroughly and some shower drains were slow. Minor issue but given the magnificence of the house… I would have expected differently.
