Set in a residential area of Sa Caleta, the villa is just 10 minutes' walk from a couple of restaurants and a pretty cove. You'll also be within easy driving distance, or just a 30 minute walk, of the culturally rich and historically important town of Ciutadella, the old capital of Menorca. With contemporary furnishings throughout, Villa Sea View exudes sophistication and makes a wonderful stay for your holidays. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Sea View is a detached property located in a residential area of Sa Caleta, just 10 minutes' walk from a charming sandy cove, small supermarket and a couple of restaurants. The inlet of Santandria is 20 minutes' walk from the villa, where you'll find some wonderful bars overlooking the waterfront. The island's old capital, Ciutadella, is just a 5 minute drive away. Not only will you find a great selection of lively restaurants and bars in Ciutadella but there is an abundance of interesting historical architecture and a wonderful port to explore. It's also possible to take the ferry to Menorca's sister island of Majorca from Ciutadella, a great option for a day out.
