*UPDATE: We sleep 8 adults and 3 kids. In addition to the roll away bed, we now provide a full size CRIB (in the master bedroom closet) for 1 child; we have a smaller CRIB on wheels available to move into any room. If you are interested in using the crib, please send us a note for more details.

As of September 2015 all our mattresses are Foam (Temperpedic) for optimal sleeping comfort!

Portofino is an upscale, world class resort and family vacation destination with a timeless Mediterranean flair.You can relax and enjoy the wonderful accommodations of the beautiful and comfortable unit. The open floor plan allows breathtaking views of both the gorgeous emerald gulf and the Pensacola Beach sound which is the intercoastal waterway. You can watch boating and skiing as well as many other views from the wrap around balcony.

Our unit has been furnished and beautifully decorated. There is one king-sized bed, 3 queen- sized beds, one pull-out sectional sofa (queen-sized), and one portable twin bed. There are 32' Flat Screen TV's in every bedroom and a 42' TV in the living area. The kitchen is fabulous with granite countertops and all you would want in new appliances.
Relax and enjoy poolside dining or dine at the wonderful restaurant. There is a 40,000 square foot lifestyle center with indoor and 7 outdoor pools, hot tubs and fitness equipment. Portofino truly has something for everyone!

Excellent family get-a-way

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space for our in-town family to visit. The views were exceptional, and the amenities were excellent.

Truly a slice of heaven!

Clean, spacious, well equipped, awesome views. The owner was friendly, helpful, and very quick to answer questions. We had a wonderful VRBO experience.

As a Pensacola native, I love coming back home. Currently I reside in Atlanta with my husband and visit on the few times our unit is unrented. My family lives here still so we enjoy having the opportunity to get together for a few weeks throughout the year here at the Portofino.

Why they chose this property

As Pensacola is home to my husband it was an easy decision to choose this vacation spot on the beautiful white beaches and clear blue waters here on the gulf. It's also easy to get to and from the Pensacola Airport yet remote enough that it's never overcrowded!
We enjoy so many things about the Portofino, from the infinite pools with waitstaff to attend to you, the miles of undeveloped beaches to stroll down, close restaurants and shopping, as well as the Portofino's boat that will take you from the dock to the Pensacola boardwalk and back several times daily.

What makes this property unique

We know our condo has some great benefits, especially over the 1 and 2 bedroom units. Our balcony has a panoramic view of the west, from the gulf to the sound, giving us an unobstructed view of the sunset daily! With over 500 square feet of patio space you can sit in our adirondack chairs and enjoy the view or grill out with your whole group. We also love our open floor plan. The kitchen, dining and living room are great for big groups. Our building is also conveniently located just left of the Lifestyle Center for quick access to the infinite pools or a stroll along the sound. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!
