The self-contained property boasts two comfortable bedrooms, a cosy lounge and a conservatory that looks out over the sunny rear garden, bordered by pretty flowers and shrubs.

Rooms: Ground floor: Kitchen with dining area, living room, conservatory with garden views, shower room, king bedroom with Smart TV and twin bedroom. 
Kitchen and utilities:  Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, extendable dining table with 4 chairs and a TV. 
Entertainment: Smart TV in living room and TV's in kitchen and king bedroom. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside:  Secure private back garden with patio and lawned area with shrubs and flowers borders. Garden furniture and bench seating available. Open space to the front of property with a shrubs and pretty flowers.
General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 2 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
Pets: 2 dogs welcome. Additional charges apply Please bring your own dog bed and keep dog to kitchen and living area. Dogs not allowed on furniture.
No smoking  inside the cottage.
Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 2 cars.
