The holiday home is introduced by a garden with driveway where it is possible to park the car. A small staircase takes to the big furnished porch with dining area. 
The holiday home consists of a living room with open kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and tv. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with tv, 1 triple bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. At the back there is a courtyard with sink and outdoor shower.

The seafront holiday home is near Torre Sinfonò, on a narrow street with amazing view. The coast is 100 meters away. Capilungo is a tranquil seaside location on the Ionian coast part of Alliste.
There are several trattorias, cafés and restaurants. Alliste and the lovely Felline are 4 kilometers away. Moreover, the holiday home is close to other seaside locations such as Torre San Giovanni, Torre Suda and the Baia Verde of Gallipoli with its beautiful beaches.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
