Pure Erholung in traumhaftem Ambiente

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind, die sich eine Woche diese Unterkunft geteilt haben. Erst dachten wir noch, das wir ei. Paar AusflĂŒge machen, aber die Lage, der Pool, die Aussicht
 es gab keinen Grund das GelĂ€nde außer zum Einkaufen zu verlassen. Raffaele hat sich alles gekĂŒmmert. Ist der Pool verunreinigt gewesen nach heftigem Wind, war er frĂŒh sofort zur Stelle. Wollten wir Pizza machen, hat er uns den Teig bereit gestellt und eine ausgiebige EinfĂŒhrung ins Pizza backen gegeben. Das war super interessant und lecker. Das GelĂ€nde mit all seinen FrĂŒchten und spannenden Ecken lud einfach zum verweilen ein. Einer unserer faulsten und entspanntesten Urlaube. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Virkelig dejlig hus

Huset er fantastisk til 3 par. Der er 3 vĂŠrelser med tilhĂžrende badevĂŠrelser. Det er som st have sit eget hotelvĂŠrelse i huset- perfekt. Der er alt hvad du har brug for i kĂžkkenet. Terrassen er superfin med en fantastisk udsigt, Der er virkelig ikke rigtig noget det ikke er godt. Dog, skal det siges at det er ret langt fra byen og op til selve huset, og set gĂ„r virkelig op, men nĂ„r du fĂžrst er der- WOW
. Fedt! Kommunikationen er lidt svĂŠr, da der nĂŠrmest kun tales fransk. Vi brugte Google til at kommunikere, det fungerede nogenlunde. Men, der tales ikke engelsk som der stĂ„r i annoncen. Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Jeg vil anbefale at spise pĂ„ Cassa Rutal- det et supert 👍

Leider falsch auf fewo-direkt, das ist eine Ferienwohnung keine Villa

Die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr schön. Die BĂ€der neu renoviert. Leider ist die Anzeige auf fewo-direkt falsch. Es handelt sich hier im eine Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock mit drei Schlafzimmern und keine Villa! Der Besitzer wohnt im Erdgeschoss. Ein separates HĂ€uschen war fĂŒr uns aufgrund einer sehr engen Wendeltreppe ins Schlafzimmer und starkem, modrigen Geruchs nicht nutzbar. Leider gab es ĂŒberall Kameras rund um die Terrasse so dass wir uns beobachtet gefĂŒhlt haben. Warum es TĂŒröffnungssensoren an den SchlafzimmertĂŒren gab hat hoffentlich energiespargrĂŒnde?!? In den Palmen vor dem Balkon wohnt eine nette Rattenfamilie.

Rafaele est un hote trÚs attentionné

La superbe piscine est situee au milieu d’un grand jardin clos magnifique , ce qui est tres securisant pour les enfants. Ils sont tres frĂ©quemment entretenus et on jouit de beaux paysages, un regal. Ce serait mieux si il y avait de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres (1/4) ou des ventilateurs presents et en etat de marche (2/4 ) contre la chaleur et les moustiques, les 2 trĂšs prĂ©sents!

Heerlijke familie vakantie in Catania

Heerlijke plek voor een familie vakantie! Prachtig zwembad met zout water, schitterend uitzicht en perfect onderhouden tuin. Genoeg heerlijke restaurants in de omgeving en veel mooie uitstappen te maken. De gastheer deed zijn best om tegemoet te komen aan alle wensen. Een absolute aanrader !

Schöner Urlaub in Kalabrien

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Ferienwohnung des Hauses Christina Giorgia, etwas abseits von San Lucido. Die sehr große parkĂ€hnliche Anlage mit unglaublich tollem Pool (fĂŒr uns alleine) war beeindruckend. Es war immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. DANKE!

The unit was in a spectacular setting The grounds were in excellent shape the pool was clean the rooms and bathrooms were in good shape The service was great when ever I had questions they were immediately addressed. Beautiful villa and surroundings

We stayed as two families and were stunned by the beauty of the area directly around the villa and further afield in Calabria. The villa itself is very comfortable with three en-suite double bedrooms and a small annex (which is nice but not to the standard of the main property) but the star of the show is the pool area and gardens which is where we spent the majority of our time. The pool is very large with a jacuzzi area and waterfall feature and plenty of loungers and chairs. The bar area was a little disappointing and could do with a tidy in order to be of real value but it really didn't matter to us at all. The gardens are full of flowers, fruit trees (we enjoyed fresh figs, peaches, blackberries etc while we were there) and within the property boundary there are grape vines and olive trees. It is all maintained beautifully and brought a smile to our faces every time we walked out in the morning. We ventured out a few times and would recommend a trip to Sicily, Tropea, Scilla and the local village and beaches. We found nice restaurants all over the area and would recommend Casa Rural (just down the hill) for a lovely evening experience as well as a meal. I would just add that a car is essential as the property is up the side of a hill and the walk back up is not easy. The only thing I would mention is that it isn't clear on the description that Raf and his family have an apartment area downstairs which they stay in occasionally. This didn't actually cause us any issue as they were only there for a couple of days and were lovely, friendly and helpful but it may change the dynamic of your holiday if you were not aware of this fact, We had a wonderful two weeks and would highly recommend both the villa and the area in general. Nice view and pool, quiet location

We stayed with our two kids 12 and 14. The house is located on a hill and has a superb view on the sea, we saw the Stromboli volcano by clear weather. We were welcomed by the owner who invited us to a nice Diner with its family . The village is 10 minutes from the house and has all necessary food stores. You need your car to go to the village. The region has simple restaurants with good food and extremely cheap ! The area is quite wild with almost no tourists beyond the Italians visiting their family during the summer. We parked the car on the beach and found clean beaches and water. The region is not very developed which we enjoyed as it remain typical. The house is big , however you leave on the first floor which is quite big with a nice balcony. We did not use the small dependance which would be perfect for teenagers or for a nanny. We enjoyed the fact that each room had its own bathroom and is well equipped. The pool is splendid and it is the strong point of the location. We wished a bit more shadow. The location is perfect for a family with young kids or for a quiet retreat. We enjoyed our stay and our guests were attentive to our needs.

Traumferien zur Zeit der Olivenernte

Wir durften vom 7. bis 21. Oktober mit unseren fĂŒnf Kindern idyllische Tage in Raffaels Paradies erleben. Die ganze Anlage ist herrlich und hat in allem den Prospektbildern und Versprechen mehr als entsprochen. Alles war sauber, sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet und wir fĂŒhlten uns vom ersten Moment an total wohl! Da Raffael infolge einer Sportverletzung nicht anwesend sein konnte, hat uns seine wundervolle Frau die ersten Tage unterstĂŒtzt und eingefĂŒhrt, Tipps gegeben und auch interessante Kontakte zur Nachbarschaft hergestellt. Danke, Nawel fĂŒr alles! (Cet un truc ...) All die Menschen sind die Herzlichkeit in Person. Wir waren bei der Weinherstellung dabei, haben geholfen, Oliven zu sammeln und durften auch die Ölpressung live miterleben. Ein tolles Erlebnis fĂŒr die ganze Familie. Der Pool war Mitte Oktober recht erfrischend und der Tischtennis-Tisch fast ununterbrochen in Betrieb. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck hat man sich von den BĂ€umen gepflĂŒckt und am Abend wurde im Hof gegrillt. Nach zwei, drei schönen AusflĂŒgen haben wir dann auch rausgefunden, dass der eigene Stand von San Lucido der sehr schön ist! Raffael, danke, hast Du diesen einzigartigen Urlaub fĂŒr unsere Familie möglich gemacht! Wir wĂŒrden sehr gerne wiederkommen und empfehlen den Ort mit bestem Gewissen all unsern Freunden und Bekannten weiter! Hoffentlich bis bald! En perle av et feriested

En idyllisk eiendom, med vinranker, pÊretrÊr, oliven, nektar osv. Utsikten er helt fantastisk, og bassenget er noe av det beste med hele eiendommen. Vertskapet er meget behjelpelig og imÞtekommende. Stort fint hus hvor man disponerer overetasjen, samt gjestehuset. Vi var ikke helt forberedt pÄ at vertskapet bodde i samme hus, og er ikke helt enig i at utleiedelen er pÄ 400 kvm i gulvareal. Dog er det god planlÞsning, og gode fasiliteter, som gjorde at det funket fint for to familier pÄ to voksne og to barn. Litt skuffende at det ikke er air-condition i hovedhuset. Til tider dÄrlig vanntilfÞrsel i gjestehuset.

Nous avons passĂ© 10 jours magnifiques en famille, 5 adultes, avec nos enfants. Le cadre, la vue, la propriĂ©tĂ©, le domaine, le service, la bonne humeur, ... nous n’avons rien Ă  redire. Tout Ă©tait au top! Les enfants et nous mĂȘmes, en gardons un souvenir exceptionnel. Tout est Ă  disposition, il suffit d’y poser ses valises et profiter de l’endroit. À refaire sans hĂ©siter ! Huset ligger 4 km frÄn San Lucido uppför en slingrig bergvÀg med vacker utsikt över bergen och Àven havet. Det Àr en fantastisk tomt pÄ 2,5 ha med vinrankor, fikontrÀd, aprikostrÀd, nektarintrÀd m m. Poolen och omrÄdet kring densamma Àr underbart. Man har tillgÄng till ovanvÄningen i stora huset (6 bÀddar) och ett litet hus bredvid (2 bÀddar). Det stora huset Àr frÀscht. Raffaele Àr mycket vÀnlig och hjÀlpsam. Det som Àr negativt Àr: Vattentillförseln Àr inte pÄlitlig. Det finns inte luftkonditionering i det stora huset. Badrummet i det lilla huset Àr mycket trÄngt. Om man inte kan italienska eller franska Àr det svÄrt att kommunicera med Àgaren. Det löser sig dock med hjÀlp av Google translate.

j'ai rencontre le createur du paradis Merci Raf

Parfait, magnifique, ideal pour se retrouver en famille avec enfants et petits enfants. Nous avons ete accueillis comme des rois par Raffaele et son epouse qui nous ont fait visiter leur domaine, le verger, les vignes. Apres, nous avons eu la chance de gouter le vin et l'huile d'olive maison. Les 4 chambres sont super equipees . Quant a l'immense piscine avec jets massant et cascade, je vous laisse imaginer la joie pour toute la famille. Merci Raffaele pour ta gentillesse et ton accueil et surtout felicitation pour ton incroyable jardin. C'est sure, je reviendrai pour faire du velos sur les magnifiques routes de Calabre

Magnifique séjour en Calabre

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine de rĂȘve en Calabre, dans le magnifique domaine de Rafaelle. La maison, nichĂ©e sur les hauteurs, a une vue magnifique sur la splendide propriĂ©tĂ© et sur la mer. Le propriĂ©taire nous a donnĂ© plein de bons conseils et Ă©tait trĂšs attentionnĂ© tout en restant trĂšs discret. La piscine est somptueuse, beaucoup plus grande que sur les photos, et les petits plus en ont fait un sĂ©jour de rĂȘve (bar prĂšs de la piscine, table de ping-pong, barbecue, vĂ©los, ...). Bref, une excellente adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Un paradis sur terre

La propriété de Rafaelle est un vrai paradis sur terre. Le jardin est magnifique, verdoyant avec vue sur la mer. La piscine est beaucoup plus grande que sur les photos et tout simplement somptueuse. Rafaelle a pensé à tout: le bar, les canapés, la table de ping ping, les jets massant. La maison est complÚtement rénovée et trÚs propre, avec des petites attentions qui font un plus (bouquets de fleurs du jardin, produits dans la salle de bain), la cuisine bien équipée et la terrasse trÚs agréable pour prendre les repas. De plus, Rafaelle et sa famille sont charmants et on a eu beaucoup de plaisir à discuter avec eux. Bref, nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation!

Nous avons passé un séjour plus que parfait dans votre domaine. La piscine, le jardin et la vue sont incroyables. L'appartement et les chambres sont confortables. Les propriétaires étaient présents mais discrets. Ils sont trÚs accueillant et à l'écoute des demandes des locataires. Seul point négatif : l'appartement se situe 2 niveaux au dessus de la piscine mais heureusement, nos babyphones portaient jusque là ce qui nous a permis de profiter de celles-ci pendant les siestes des enfants. Un coins bar/terrasse aménagé au bord de la piscine permet de faire des apéros trÚs sympas, voir plus. Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil.

Cadre idyllique, vue magnifique, propriétaire accueillant et trÚs sympathique ! 15 jours fantastiques. LE Paradis

Que dire qui n'a déjà été dit. Raffaele a construit ici , de ses mains, un vrai paradis. Tout y est tellement beau ! La nature, ses palmiers, ses fleurs, ses arbres fruitiers, la vue époustouflante sur la mer et le Stromboli, la superbe piscine, la magnifique villa et ses trois chambres super confort avec salles de bains privatives, la petite dépendance super sympa, .... Et j'oubliais, l'accueil plus que chaleureux de notre ami Raffaele. Nous quittons ce lieu idyllique avec regret en espérant y revenir prochainement. un domaine paradisiaque...

Je ne serais pas comparer entre domaine ou un paradis sur terre tellement qu'on rĂ©alitĂ© c'est magnifique. ma famille et moi nous avions Ă©taient charmer et impressionner par ce beau paysage et cette nature aussi pur. Nous avions Ă©taient accueillit chaleureusement des l'arriver avec un festin Ă  100/100 Ă  l'italienne mais avec ses produit de sont jardin immense et surtout son vin de son vignoble.... waouhh , par le maĂźtre du domaine super sympa et bourrĂ©e d'Ă©nergie .... L'appartement super mignon et tous ce qui faut. Alors le village et la mer Ă  proximitĂ© mais aussi des bonne adresses . j’avoue que nous Ă©tions tellement bien dans ce domaine que nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© d'en profiter au maximum. Mes enfants ont bien profiter de cette sublime piscine mais nous aussi dĂ©tente avec hydromassage mais alors avec une vue Ă©poustouflant que l'on ne peut expliquer. Bref nous avons passer un sĂ©jour super entre famille et nous vous remercions car vous nous avez gĂąter. Merci encore et Bravo pour votre magnifique crĂ©ation de ce domaine .

Family vacation

This is the most beautiful property. It's like having your own private resort. It's impeccably clean and modern. The grounds are well looked after. It's the perfect place for a family vacation. We celebrated our anniversary there last year. I would highly recommend this property.
