"Atlantic Sunrise" is an adorable updated Oceanfront Condo on Tybee's south end. You will be steps away from Tybee's famous Pier & Pavilion and many shops and restaurants.
Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic ocean as you relax on the covered porch with two large captain chairs and a double porch swing. Located on Tybee's Strand Avenue, this Coastal Condo is the perfect Vacation rental while attending one of Tybee's festivals or if you're looking for convenience.
"Atlantic Sunrise" has an open living area floor plan with views of the Ocean, Tybee Pier, and Pavillion. This condo is the perfect vacation home for a couple, two couples, or a small family to experience an unforgettable Tybee Island vacation.
The condo has a Coastal theme that compliments the new Driftwood hard floors and plush furnishings.
The entertaining area features a large High Definition TV, Sofa, and Loveseat with an ottoman. Also within the entertaining area is a Dining room table conveniently situated to enjoy the spectacular ocean view. The dining room table has seating for 4, with additional seating for three at the dine-in counter.
Overlooking the entertaining area is the kitchen with plenty of space for preparing meals.
As you walk down the hallway, you will pass the first Full bathroom and a laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer. Both of the bedrooms at Atlantic Sunrise offer separate private entrances.
The Primary bedroom suite features a comfortable new King bed and large HD TV. Attached to this bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower tub combination.
The second bedroom features a Queen bed with a High Definition television and quick access to the shared bathroom in the hallway.

Parking for 2 STANDARD SIZE vehicles. (Parking under the unit, one car in front of the other.)
Additional fee for pets. $95 per pet
There is one flight of stairs to enter the home and no elevator.
This condo will sleep 6 with a provided air mattress.

Very convenient to all of Tybee’s shopping and restaurants. We walked to most places. Two minute walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

Great location!

Cute condo right by the beach in a really popular area with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Great sunrises over the beach!!! This isn't a knock on the place at all but just something I wished I would have known so for other renting this place- you need to bring all edible cooking things you need as there are no spices or oils or even salt and pepper. Additionally bring extra blankets of you are cold as there aren't any extras. I would definitely come again!

Plus being able to walk everywhere around the South end instead of driving is a huge plus! We do not provide or allow guests to leave behind any type of spices and such. We do it for safety and cleanliness concerns but I understand about your frustration. We really hope you guys can come back and see us!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. However I was frustrated with the shower in the master bedroom because it kept locking up and shutting off automatically. Also the floors had dips in them especially in the living room that should I feel be addressed. Overall I was satisfied with our stay and the location was AWESOME. I would return again…

It was a beautiful condo smelled strongly of bleach from cleaners so done an over clean myself to get the smell down…(P.S don’t look under the couches or you will see how dirty it is under there and not been cleaned for a good time now..we actually cleaned under them..my ocd clicked in!! Had great appliances and exactly what every woman needs in her kitchen to cook with..!! Under parking was ok super tight and definitely no trucks can fit in the parking that’s for sure…so be sure do drive a car or small SUV or you want have free parking with this condo. But overall had a great experience and was thankful the owners shared their home with us!

Perfect, peaceful stay

We enjoyed the coziness and location of this property perfectly. Within walking distance of everything but also had everything we needed without the need to leave. It was clean and comfortable, felt like home away from home!

Tybee Island Atlantic Sunrise

The location of this property is fantastic - across the street from beach access and around the corner from Tybresia St. The property was very clean but needs some updates and TLC. The cost is all about location, location, location.

Nice view of ocean

The property was outstanding. Because there was a movie being filmed right there in front of our condo, there was limited access to streets and restaurants/stores in our immediate area. It would help to know this when booking.

Great location, but dated

Great location and access to the beach. Condo was clean. We did have an issue with one shower, but the management company had it fixed within an hour. The furnishings are very dated. The hot water for showers was limited as well. If the location was worse, this would have been a 2 star rating.

This condo was a great place! It was very centrally located in Tybee Island. Close to restaurants & shopping. The condo itself was very nicely decorated. Very clean & comfortable. The parking garage was a little tight to get into the space with a van but manageable. Hope to go back again sometime.
