Der Ausblick und der Pool sind super, das Anwesen ist riesig. Inneneinrichtung ein wenig veraltet.

Did not meet expectation

To start with the access to the villa. It is 3 km on a very poor road. It`s narrow, steep and in a very bad shape. Tha house is older than it seems in the pictures, and the is no AC. The cleaning was not the best, and you notice that this is not a home, it`s a house for rental. We wehere the in july, and the water in the shower is too warm after lunch, which makes it impossible to take a shower. According to the representative of the house, it is because of construction. The outsaide area is nice, but i missed a lounge furniture for relax.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus mit toller Aussicht auf Torrox-Costa und das Meer und wunderschöner gut ausgestatteten Terrasse, die wir leider während unseres vierwöchigen Aufenthaltes im März wegen des überwiegend schlechten Wetters wenig nutzen konnten ebenso wie die große Grillbar mit einem 2. geräumigen Kühlschrank. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist leider recht beschwerlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sol und ihren Mann war sehr nett, sie versorgten uns mit frischen Tomaten, Avocados und Zitronen sowie Kaminholz. Ausserdem gab es zur Begrüßung einen gefüllten Korb mit Köstlichkeiten, eine sehr schöne Geste!

Die Vorabkommunikation war unkompliziert auch in deutsch möglich. Alle Absprachen haben funktioniert. Bei der ersten Anreise wird man vom Verwalter der Immobilie zum Haus geführt, was auch absolut notwendig ist. Unsere Navigation hat grundsätzlich 3 andere Wege vorgeschlagen. Der Weg zum Haus ist ein kleines Abenteuer. Vor dem Fahren auf steilen einspurigen Bergstraßen sollte man keine Angst haben. Am Haus angekommen eröffnet sich einem ein absoluter Traumausblick, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben. Sonst bietet das Haus alles was man braucht. Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Tassen, Gläser. Die Betten waren frisch für uns bezogen. An Handtücher bitte selbst denken, steht aber auch in der Anzeige. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Die Betten waren bequem und der Verwalter war bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden das Objekt definitiv weiter empfehlen.
