Wir hatten den schlimmsten Urlaub unseres Lebens. Der Besitzer war nett, aber ihm ging es ums Geld und nicht um das Wohl der Gäste. Mein Sohn musste im Wohnzimmer schlafen, weil Bett und Laken schimmelten. Fünf Tage lang war der Pool grün. Der Besitzer hat nichts unternommen, er hat nur Chlor in den Pool geschüttet, und danach wurde es schlimmer.

Es tut mir leid, Ihre Bewertung Ihres Aufenthalts zu lesen. Wir möchten Sie jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass die Unterkunft in einwandfreiem Zustand übergeben wurde und wir nach Ihrer Abreise erhebliche Schäden feststellen mussten. Der Pool musste aufgrund von Fremdkörpern im Filtersystem, die einen Motorschaden verursachten, komplett repariert werden. Auch in den Badezimmern kam es zu ungewöhnlichen Verstopfungen, die dringend behoben werden mussten. Wir bemühen uns sehr, unseren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten, und ich setze mich dafür ein, denjenigen, die die Unterkunft pflegen und respektieren, stets das bestmögliche Erlebnis zu bieten.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei der Familie und der Gastgeber und seine Mutter waren sehr nett. Der Gastgeber war sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ländlichen Umgebung mit dem Nerja-Dorf direkt daneben konnten wir sowohl die ruhige als auch die touristische Seite genießen. Supermärkte sind nicht weit entfernt. Vielen Dank Claudio für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit. Sie waren sehr aufmerksam, wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ruhe.
