The pool area is complete with a solarium with deck chairs and loungers and surrounded by a fenced garden (with electro-pasture and hedge), a landscape full of olive groves, vines, wheat fields, sunflowers and Mediterranean woods.

Located on the border between the provinces of Pisa, Florence and Siena, a short distance from the splendid villages of Volterra (24km), S. Gimignano (35km) and many other enchanting Tuscan villages.

The villa is over two floors. From the main entrance, you enter the large open space, the living area, the dining room, with a large table, and the living room, with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV and fireplace. A pergola, free on three sides, furnished as a dining area and complete with barbecue will be your favourite place to enjoy excellent meals in the open air.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!
